Abdeyah is a seasoned Project and Program Manager with over ten years of experience delivering complex, high-value projects across the public, private, and social development sectors. She has worked on large-scale transformation and infrastructure initiatives ranging from R80 million to R200 million at Woolworths and capital upgrades at Red Cross Children's Hospital.
Abdeyah is the founder and driving force behind AFPPM, a purpose-led consultancy that blends strong governance, operational excellence, and social impact. Through AFPPM, she designs and manages end-to-end programmes that prioritise accountability, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes.

Camillah is a seasoned Operations and Project Management professional with over a decade of experience overseeing complex, multi-stakeholder projects and organisational programmes. As Head of Operations at AFPPM, she is responsible for the planning, coordination, monitoring, and reporting of all projects and programmes, ensuring operational efficiency, strong governance, compliance, and consistent delivery aligned to AFPPM's strategic objectives.
She holds a BCom in Industrial and Organisational Psychology and Business Management, an Advanced Diploma in Business Project Management from the University of Cape Town, and is a certified PRINCE2 Practitioner.
Camillah brings a strong blend of strategic insight and hands-on operational leadership, with extensive experience in project scheduling, quality assurance, stakeholder engagement, and workforce-related operations that support sustainable, scalable impact across AFPPM's initiatives.

Alongside marketing, Lailah has deep expertise in talent sourcing and pipeline development, particularly in identifying and engaging high-quality candidates. She has worked across multiple recruitment models, utilising modern sourcing tools, structured interview processes, and relationship-led engagement to connect people with the right opportunities.
